Probably the most common way of saying “breakfast” in Japanese is 朝ご飯 (あさごはん / asagohan).
You will probably also often hear people refer to breakfast as 朝食 (ちょうしょく / choushoku).
It can also be referred to as ブレックファスト (burekkufasuto).
