Going on a trip and i need to know. thanks if you can help!

Answer:

There are a few ways to ask, but here is one common way:

トイレはどこですか?
Toire wa doko desu ka?

トイレ (toire)  = toilet/bathroom
どこ (doko)   = where
か (ka)     = question marker

Oterirai doko desu ka? Toire doko desu ka? I've been asking that for years. That is when I eat at a japanese resturant. The waiter says,"Asoko desu." Then I say "Arigato." Magi (seriously)!
